What a great Flex tool!
I had some troubles with some of my Coldfusion applications and the Server Monitor of CF8 helped me a lot!

There are statistics about Memory Usage, Database behavior, Session Management, …
It can be really useful for people having problems or loosing a lot of time to optimize Coldfusion applications.
