Responsible Gambling

Cornflex.org encourages all visitors to practice responsible gambling. If you need help or would simply like to learn more about responsible gambling, we suggest the following resources.

Gamblers Anonymous

BeGambleAware

National Council on Problem Gambling

In addition to these resources, there are a number of additional steps that can be taken to help encourage responsible gambling. If you play at brick and mortar casinos, many offer “self-exclusion” forms. By filling out one of these forms, you will be telling the casino that you no longer wish to be allowed to play. This is a preventative measure that many players can and do find helpful.

Some states also offer the opportunity to self-exclude, though these rules and options vary by location. We recommend calling your local or most frequented casino to determine which self-exclusion options exist. When you are self-excluded, the casino will not pay jackpots and will ask you to leave if they know you are on the property. All of these measures can help problem gamblers towards a more responsible approach to gaming.
